Day at the Zoo

We took Calla to the zoo today. She loves animals though was much more interested in the farm animals than anything exotic:):

Halloween weekend

We had a great weekend mostly in costume. Calla trick or treated on Saturday with her friend, Audrey (the Buckeye below) at a few homes but mostly just enjoyed walking around as a duck:

Today was a typical Seattle day-rainy and cool. We played inside for a good part of the day and took the opportunity to do a little photo shoot featuring the Calla's bubble skirt (a recent Target purchase):

Good work on the blog. They say being a parent is a full time job, I can't imagine being a parent and being a full time blogger and photo journalist; but we appreciate the work you do! This is the most well documented birth to ever take place within the Friedman Family. The pictures are awsome, even next to the four week old, little Calla looks like the newborn. I can't wait to meet my new niece Calla the next time I'm up north.

Erin & Phil: Love the blog. And the pictures: adorable. Glad too to hear that you have purchased some maternity clothes. I actually saw a woman yesterday who was very pregnant and decided to go the "just buy large sizes" route. She looked like a weeble woble.

I love the detail this blog provides. How will I know when you've added something? Erin, I want to know if you burp.
